*You cover the small shipping fee; I’ll cover the rest.
Small works are wrapped with glassine to cover the surface, fitted flat between a double-paneled cardboard sleeve. It’s then wrapped and shipped to you in a water-resistant and tear-proof poly bubble mailer.
Prints are rolled with glassine to protect the surface and shipped in a rigid 3-ply spiral wound mailing tube.
Larger works are carefully packaged by first sealing the work in glassine and bubble-wrapping if framed. Each piece “floats” in the box — the artwork is suspended by sturdy cardboard inside the container, so no part of the work ever touches any side of the container itself. This puts more space and layers between any impact that could damage the piece. All large pieces are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes.
I’m a one-man show, so I do my best to ship within two days of the order being placed during regular business hours. However, handling time on my end may take up to 5 days during busy times.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. However, your delivery after the carrier accepts it is contingent on typical ground shipping transit times.
I’m currently streamlining my shipping process and figuring out the best way to get my art delivered without making you pay too much of the bill in shipping fees. While ironing out the kinks, I only offer to ship in the U.S.
Contact me directly if you need something delivered at a specific time, and we can discuss it further. While I can’t guarantee rush handling, rush shipping may be an option for a higher shipping fee.
Checking out with PayPal allows you to do an interest-free installment plan on your purchase. Your cost of purchase determines your eligibility for Pay Later, as well as your installment plan options.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please get in touch with me.
If it’s not what you ordered, failed to be delivered, or was damaged in transit, contact me at ethan@ethanpriceart.com with photos indicating the issue, if possible.
At this time, all sales are final on original artworks and limited edition prints.
If the order hasn’t been received by the mailing carrier yet (i.e., I haven’t handed it off to the mailing service, and you haven’t received a tracking number), you may cancel your order for a full refund or modify your order by emailing me directly at ethan@ethanpriceart.com.
A giclee is a type of fine-art printmaking that allows for high-fidelity digital reproduction of my art. Each print run is museum-quality, and using this science of digital printing allows me to create a wider distribution of my one-of-a-kind works.
Because I collaborate with a trusted local printmaker rather than a third-party print-on-demand online distributor, these prints are meticulously faithful reproductions of my art.
These aren’t low-quality, made-to-order prints; each edition is a careful collaboration of the printmaker’s creative judgments and intuition, along with my direction and quality control for accurate reproduction.
